You will at Entebbe international air port. Received and greated at the airport by the Credit-Uganda guide. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kampala.
Kampala is the capital city of Uganda with apopulation of 2million, Kampala is the largest urban settlement in Uganda and was developed around afort constructed by Frederick Lugard in 1890 for the British East African company over night at Cassia lodge.
Breakfast en- route to Kibale forest national park. We will cross the beautiful land scape, watch the green country side, with their crops and traditional houses. We have several stops to relax. We will arrive in time to have lunch at the hotel that is Chimpanzee guest house for medium and Primate Lodge for high end 2nights. After lunch we can relax or have nature walk. Travel time 4hrs
Early breakfast and transfer to Kibale forest national park. Kibale forest has the highest concentration of primates in East Africa up to 13 different species. More than 1,400 chimpanzees living in this forest, which is the largest in the sub-saharan Africa. We dedicate this morning to take walk through the forest in search of chimpanzees and other primates such as red colobus monkey, blue guenon, the red-tailed guenon and mangabey plus a lot of forest birds with the aid of park rangers who will be waiting to escort the groups of 6 pax each. The rangers are knowledgeable and will answer all your questions about the forest and the chimps. After hours of fruitful search we will go back for lunch at the hotel.
After lunch we will drive to Bigodi swamp for a nature guided walk with a local guide. Bigodi swamp is alocal community initiative and it is known for the richdiversity of birds and primates. over night at Chimp guest house/primate lodge
After breakfast we will travel to Queen Elizabeth national park. On our way to Queen after leaving fort portal, you might have good scenery of the Rwenzori Mountains. It is during the wet season that you will have the best chances to enjoy a clear view of the Rwenzori.On our way to Queen you will pass via Kasese town and stop at the Equator for traditional picture. We will enter Queen Elizabeth national park via the Kabatoro gate or Katunguru gate depending on time of arrival. We will have a game drive to Mweya peninsula. We will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch we will have a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel, a natural channel 34km that connects lake Edward and lake George. While on the safe boat you can see elephants, hippos, nile crocodile, buffaloes and many water birds. After the boat cruise we will make safari at sun set in the area of volcanic craters. This day calls for an early wake up take a cup of coffee .The best time for game viewing is early morning. You will take the channel truck which runs parallel to the Kazinga channel and drive towards Katunguru gate. The channel truck is rewarding with warthogs, bush back, elephants, bufalloes and sometimes by chance you will sport the leopard and spotted hyna.You will drive to Kasenyi an area near to lake George which is an interesting place for game viewing. You will visit the Uganda Kob mating Ground which is defined area specifically used by Kobs for challenging, enticing and mating. Watch spectacular fights as the Kobs defend their territories; look for lions as well because of the high concentration of Kobs attracts predators. After the game drive visit the fishing village before driving back to the lodge for full breakfast and check out to leave for Bwindi via Ishasha in search for tree climbing lions. We Begin the day with an early breakfast and get ready for the life time experience of encountering with the gorillas especially the silver back. Ensure that before you leave the lodge you have enough water and lunch box. We drive to the park headquarters; we arrive in time for group selection and briefing by the park rangers. The park rangers will lead you into the jungle to track the gorillas. The tracking can be short or long depending on where the primates spent their night and availability of food. Seeing the gorillas is 98% guaranteed
Have a relaxed breakfast and enjoy the beautiful scenery one more time as we calmly transfer to lake Mburo National Park with lunch en-route at Igongo cultural centre. As we enter the park it is likely that we will spot some wild life like impalas,Zebras, Tops and Buffaloes. Dinner and overnight at Mburo safari lodge/Mihingo lodge.
Early start of the day we go for nature guided walk by aranger and after breakfast transfer to Entebbe for departure with astop over at the Equator for traditional pictures as we cross the equator for the second time.
